Butchers Battles er en 1-dags konkurrence for Scaled, Intermediate, RX og Masters herre atleter.

LØRDAG: Intermediate & Masters

SØNDAG: Scaled & RX

We are excited to welcome you back into the slaughterhouse in the middle of Copenhagen, The meat packing district, CrossFit Butcher's Lab.

Butcher's Battles is a 1-day competition for scaled, intermediate, RX and Masters.

SATURDAY: Intermediate & Masters 40+ Men

SUNDAY: Scaled & RX

We ask you kindly to sign up in the division that matches your level. Here is a sheet of what level represents your division:

Mens divisions will use a 9KG medball at a 10 foot target

Womens divisions will use a 6KG medball at a 9 foot target

4 Intervals of 2 min work with 2 min rest

For repetitions in 14 minutes

Ascending weight each round in the remaining interval time

Mens Scaled weight:

50KG - 55KG - 60KG - 65KG

Womens Scaled weight:

35KG - 40KG - 45KG - 50KG

 

This is a split event with two scoring opportunities.

2a is scored by the combined number of calories during the four intervals. So if you bike 12, 10, 10 and 8 calories, your final score will be 40. Highest score wins 100 points.

The tiebreaker for Test 2a is the first interval of Test 2b - The number of repetitions of cleans in the first interval.

2b is scored by the combined number of completed clean repetition during the four intervals. So if you clean the bar 18, 16, 14 and 12 times your final score will be 60. Highest score wins 100 points.

The tiebreaker for Test 2b is the first interval of Test 2a - The number of calories biked in the first interval.
