*Score is the total amount of wallballs accumulated through all rounds. Split work as needed. Only Wall Ball reps count towards the score.

*All athletes start with their hand against the wall. 3,2,1, go, Partner A completes 1 full round of 8 shoulder to overhead, 8 BJO's, 8 HSPU's. Partner A must return back to Partner B (whose hand must still be on the wall) and tag them out, for Partner B to start their 1 full round of 8 shoulder to overhead, 8 BJO's, 8 HSPU's. Each team member must complete a full round on their own before switching. Time is complete once the final athlete is done their round and runs back and touches the wall. Time Cap 12:00

*3,2,1, Go, Partner A will have 2:00 to complete the clean ladder in round 1 For Time. At the 2:00 mark, Partner B will complete the same clean ladder in round 1 For Time. Your score is your time added together. If both team members complete the ladder in Round 1, you will then move onto Round 2. Round 2 will run in the same way as Round 1. Your score is the total time it took you to finish the ladders. If you cannot complete the ladder, your score is then 2:00.
