2020 CrossFit BC Winter Challenge
About This Competition
CrossFit BC is excited to be hosting the third annual CrossFit BC Winter Challenge on January 18, 2020!
This inclusive competition will be a fun day of CrossFit for all levels of athlete who have completed their CrossFit Foundations at a registered affiliate and have at least 3 months experience.
Teams of 2 (Two Guys or Two Girls) will compete for the top spot on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at our West Vancouver gym.
Come and join us for some fun workouts and expect to have a great time.
Please arrive on time for the competition.

Athletes can start on the rower and adjust damper as needed
Athletes and judges do not touch the Erg monitor after WOD starts, if athlete resets rower, unfortunate, the Cal’s on the monitor at the end of the WOD is their score
While one athlete is rowing, the other can be accumulating Bar Facing Burpees, to be performed facing a paralette.
Chest and Thighs must touch the ground facing the paralette directly, a two foot jump over the parallette is required for rep to count

Total score is weights added together (225 x 4 + 200 x 6 = 425 Score)
If athlete A completes 225lbs for 4 Reps, athlete B must do 6 Reps at whatever weight they choose
On the athletes first rep, the hang starts at full extension of hips and knees, shoulders behind the bar.
Hang must not go below knee.
Power Clean, Split or Squat are all accepted.
Collars must be on bar for lift to count
