Eligibility
• Teams must represent a CrossFit affiliate or training gym/community and consist of 2 men and 2 women, all competing in the same age division.
You also need to decide whether this is:
• Multiple teams may represent a single affiliate; there is no limit on entries per affiliate.
The Masters Shadow Semi-Final is designed to give Masters athletes a team competition experience during the same weekend as the Affiliate Team Semi-Finals. PRsAllDay will follow the structure and intent of the released events, then provide Masters-appropriate versions for the following age divisions: 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
Programming Format
All workouts will be released during the competition window. Events will be based on the Affiliate Team Semi Finals programming, then scaled by PRsAllDay for the Masters team competition. The goal is to preserve the spirit, challenge, and team strategy of the original events while making them appropriate for each Master's division.
Score Submission
All scores must be submitted before the final deadline. Teams are responsible for submitting accurate scores, movement standards, and tie-break times where required. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Video Requirement
• Video encouraged, not required
Judging
Teams are responsible for using a judge or a judging crew that can uphold movement standards and ensure fair scoring.
Scoring
1 point per placing
1st = 1 point
2nd = 2 points
lowest total wins
Teams are ranked by their place in each event. The team with the lowest total score wins. A tie is broken by the best finish in the final event.
