About This Competition
The Summer Festival of Fitness is back - and bigger than ever!
We’re cranking things up for 2025 with an exciting new partnership: Nike x WIT are joining the party. Get ready for a day of non-stop energy, serious workouts, and summer vibes.
3 workouts. 5 divisions (Rx / Scaled M&F + Mixed Pairs). 2 teammates.
It’s just you and your partner taking on three back-to-back workouts, with a four-minute rest between each. Total workout time for you and your partner will be 38 minutes. Signup and you will be allocated a heat time within the timeframe provided - 09:00 - 13:00
Fuel up with Argentinian BBQ fresh off the grill and enjoy JUBEL on ice - because what’s a festival without great food and cold drinks?
Entry is just £20 per team, with prizes and epic goodies up for grabs.

Workouts
Workout 2 - 10 min AMRAP – Max C2 bike and ski for meters
*Must change machines every 2 mins & complete 10-8-6-4-2 Burpees
Score:
Total combined meters of both machines.
Flow:
When the timer starts, both teammates must complete 10 burpees.
After the burpees have been completed the teammates can start on the machines, 1 person on the bike and 1 person on the ski. You must stay on the same machine and cannot swap until the next 2-minute interval.
Once the buzzer hits the 2 minute mark, teammates get off the machines and complete 8 burpees each.
They then must swap machines and start accumulating meters until the next transition;
At the 4 minute mark they will complete 6 burpees and swap again.
At the 6 minute mark they will complete 4 burpees and swap again.
At the 8 minute mark they will complete 2 burpees and swap again.
Both machines’ meters are added together after the 10 mins and the total will be recorded.
Workout 3 - For time
20 DB Goblet Forward Lunge @ 1 x DB
20 Box Step Overs @ Bodyweight
30 DB Hang Clean & Jerks @ 1 x DB
30 Box Jumps @ Bodyweight
40 DB Snatchs @ 1 x DB
40 DB Box Step Overs @ 2 x DBs
50 DB Thrusters @ 2 x DB
Time cap: 10 mins
Rx: Males - 22.5kg / Females - 15kg
Scaled: Males - 15kg / Females - 10kg
Mixed: Males - 20kg & Females - 12.5kg
Box: 20"
You must complete each movement in order before moving on to the next one.
You can split the work however you like!
All same sex teams will only have 2 x DBs whilst mixed will have 2 x 20kg and 2 x 12.5kg
Workout 1 - 10 mins to both find a Max Clean + 2 Front Squats
Score: Combined weight lifted by both partners max lifts.
Flow: Workout starts with an empty bar.
From there partners can add weight to the bar and attempt the complex.
Once the judge has given the thumbs up for a successful lift, the bar can be dropped and from there partners can change how they like completing the complex until both have found their max lift for the day or the timer runs out.
