About This Competition
This year we want to see if your Team is as fast, strong, and ready as the famous duo, Mario and Luigi. Teams of 2 will compete in 3-4 workouts to see who can podium.

Scaled, RX, and Masters (45+) (one can be 44 if other is 45+)
4 events
Substitutions allowed before day of competition. Once an athlete has competed in the 1st event no substitutions are allowed.
Bring coolers, snacks, towels, ect.

*For lunges, DB must be held in Front Rack position with full grip around handle of DB*
* For snatches, athletes must be synchro at the top of each snatch rep*
*Athletes may choose how they split the reps for the snatches*
*Double Unders/Single Unders, athletes must switch every 50 reps*
"Bowser" will be the 4th and final workout for the top 3 Male and top 3 Female RX teams to complete.
The workout will be released the day of comp.

In remaining time after completion of part 1, each athlete will work up to a max complex of:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Shoulder to Overhead
*Athletes may perform as many attempts as wanted with remaining time*
*Athletes must verify weight attempting with judge before the beginning of each lift*
*Score will be total weight combined between both teammates*
