2025 Garden City Games
About This Competition
The 3rd annual Garden City Games will be on Sunday July 27, 2025. Hosted at CrossFit Vic City, the Games will feature three guaranteed events and a final event for the top 4 in each category/gender. 2025 sees the inclusion of the Intermediate scaling division! Workouts
ALL DIVISIONS:
Athletes have 4 minutes to carry as much weight over a 50-foot distance as possible.
WORKOUT FLOW:
After the initial 10-second countdown athletes will attempt to complete the workout within the 4-minute time limit. Athletes will be given selection of weights to be carried the 50-foot distance. Each heat will comprise of 2 lanes. RX athletes will have the ability to try out the yoke.
SCORING:
The athlete's score will be total weight successfully carried over the 50-foot distance. Scores will be uploaded once all athletes have completed this workout.
RX DIVISION:
50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
40 TTB
30 Single-arm Devil's Press (50/35 lbs)
20 Calories on the Bike
10 Thrusters (115/95 lbs)
INTERMEDIATE DIVISION:
50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
40 TTB
30 Single-arm Devil's Press (40/25 lbs)
20 Calories on the Bike
10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
SCALED DIVISION:
50 Wall Balls (14/10 lbs)
40 Hanging Knee Raises

WORKOUT FLOW:
After the initial 10-second countdown athletes will attempt to complete the workout within the 14-minute time cap. Athletes must complete the total required reps of each movement before moving on to the next movement. It is the responsibility of the athlete to adjust the seat height of the bike PRIOR to the start of their heat.
SCORING:
The athlete's score will be the time taken to complete the workout, or time-cap + 1 second for every rep unfinished (i.e. If the time hits 14 minutes and an athlete has 10 thrusters unfinished, their score will be 14:10).

3 minutes to establish a 1-rep max clean and jerk
INTERMEDIATE DIVISION:
1 minute to accumulate as many calories on the rower
1 minute to accumulate as many feet travelled walking lunge

3 minutes to establish a 1-rep max clean and jerk
SCALED DIVISION:
1 minute to accumulate as many calories on the rower
1 minute to accumulate as many feet travelled walking lunge
1 minute to accumulate as many single under skips
3 minutes to establish a 1-rep max clean and jerk
WORKOUT FLOW:
After the initial 10-second countdown athletes will attempt to accumulate as many calories on the rower within the first 60 seconds. When the clock strikes 01:00 athletes will move immediately to the competition floor and start their walking lunges, accumulating as many feet traveled in the next 60 seconds. When the clock strikes 02:00 athletes will move immediately to their skipping rope and accumulate as many skips as possible in the next 60 seconds. When the clock strikes 03:00 athletes will move to their assigned barbell and will have the next 3 minutes (180 seconds) to attempt a 1-rep max clean and jerk.
SCORING:
The athlete's score will be the total amount of calories accumulated on the rower, feet traveled performing the walking lunge, total skips, and heaviest successful clean and jerk weight.
