Welcome to the Halmstad Throwdown 2024! Dive into the heart of CrossFit competition in Southern Sweden on October 5th and 6th. Whether you're competing or cheering on the athletes, this weekend promises to be filled with excitement, strength, and community spirit.
Event Schedule
RX Category Briefing:
Saturday, October 5th, 08:00 AM at the Main Arena. This is a mandatory briefing for RX athletes competing on both days.
Intermediate and Scaled Briefings:
Held at 08:00 AM on their respective competition days at the Main Arena.

Check-In Details
Location: Call Room. All athletes will be checked In when theyarrive to Event 1 and will receive their goodie bags and name boards.
