About This Competition
FARM GAMES '24 - Saturday 17th August
KEY TIMINGS
*7.30am - Car Park and Farm opens
9am - First Heat Starts
16.30pm - Last Heat Starts
17.15 - 17.30 - Podium and Prizes
18.30 - Farm closes
*It is up to you and your team on when you want to arrive, however we would recommend arrival 1 hour before your first event.
NO BRIEFING
There will be no athlete briefing, so all competitors are expected to thoroughly review the e-shot and Aretas, which provide detailed information on the workouts, required standards, and full workout videos.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Upon arrival, please park in the designated car park area, this is located 5 minutes off-site.
Do not drive to the farm entrance, as you will be turned away.
Parking attendants will be on hand at the field entrance to offer assistance. While ample parking is available, we encourage car sharing where possible.
Follow the signposted route from the car park to the farm. Once you arrive at Farm Fitness, head to the Check-In Desk at the entrance. This applies to both athletes and spectators. There will be separate desks for spectators and athletes to collect their wristbands before entering.

SPECTATOR TICKETS
Friends and family are welcome, so bring your cheer squad to support you throughout the day. Spectator tickets should be booked in advance for a smoother and faster entry process.

VENDORS
Food and drink vendors will be onsite, located within the vendor village.
OTHER INFORMATION
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead, and please remember to clean up after them!
Weather: With full sun expected please come prepared with hydration, refillable water bottles and suncream! Avoid bringing your own gazebos. Camping chairs and umbrellas are welcome, there will be grass and shaded areas available for spectators and competitors to sit.

Workouts
20 minute time cap
Split your team into two sub teams of 3 (A+B)
Teams can be split however they wish, there is no f / m requirements for this.
Team A will take the 3RM Front Squat and Team B will take the 5RM Axel Deadlift.
Before the workout starts, each team must inform the judge on which team members are doing which lift.
You must signal to the judge when you are ready to bank your lift. Only one person can lift at one time.
After all team members have completed their best efforts on either the front squats or deadlifts, all 6 team members will attempt a 1RM Log Ground to Overhead (GTOH) .
Note: The log cannot be touched until all front squats and deadlifts are recorded.
Score = Total weight lifted by the team across all three lifts.

BUY IN: 20 x sandbag over wall (30/50kg)
ZONE 1
21 x Alternating Worm Cleans
21 x Worm Squats
21 x Worm Shoulder to Overhead
(2 Sandbags 30kg + 50kg must be held off the floor during the worm moments)
60m sandbag run + drop off both sandbags in dumper truck
ZONE 2
15 x Alternating Worm Cleans
15 x Worm Squats
15 x Worm Shoulder to Overhead
(2 Kegs 20kg + 30kg must be held off the floor during the worm moments)
40m keg run + drop off both kegs in dumper truck
ZONE 3
9 x Alternating Worm Cleans
9 x Worm Squats
9 x Worm Shoulder to Overhead
(2 Sandbags 40kg + 70kg must be held off the floor during the worm moments)
20m Sandbag run + drop all objects including worm in dumper truck
Once all objects are in the dumper, team sprints back to finish line!
Score = Time Completed
Notes:
- The whole Team has to be back from the dumper truck drop offs before the team can lunge to the next zone.
- Teams must worm lunge to get to the next zone.
- The Sandbags and Kegs must be held off the floor in order for the worm to move, If they are dropped the worm has to stop.
- All objects must be in the dumper truck if any fall out the team cannot proceed.
- All team members must pass the finish line for the clock to stop.
- All team members must vault the wall and cross the finish line for the clock to stop.
- 3 Person worm weighing 75kg
15 Minute Time Cap:
Teams must complete:
30 x Team Tyre Flips
30 x 20m Farmers Walk Lengths (1 Male + 1 Female working concurrently to accumulate 30 lengths each).
Score = Time Completed
Notes:
Tyre Flips:
- Teams must flip the tyre so that it lands flat on the floor each time.
- The tyre must go back and forth, and stay within the designated area.
- Complete 30 flips in total.
- Teams can distribute members however they prefer to achieve the 30 reps (e.g., 3 members on one side and 3 on the other).
Farmers Walk:
- After completing the tyre flips, start the Farmers Walks.
- Male participants: Carry 55kg per hand.
- Female participants: Carry 35kg per hand.
- Complete 30 lengths of 20 meters for males.
- Complete 30 lengths of 20 meters for females.
- Both male and female lanes work concurrently.
- One length is mat to mat, both feet must be on the mat)
20 Minute Time Cap
Split your team up into male and female pairs.
Complete 3 Rounds:
30 team Burpees (10 per M/F pair)
100m Run
Bale Climb
Row 1K - Ski 1K - Row 1K

Then...
Max Distance on all ergs in remaining time.
Score = Total Distance
1. When the clock starts, the first two athletes (one male, one female) run to the mat and do 10 synchronised burpees.
2. After the burpees, they climb over the bale wall and continue running to the ergs.
3. The next two team members start their burpees once the first pair finishes their 10 burpees (waterfall style in M/F pairs).
4. All team members will meet at the ergs, where they then rotate until they have completed a 1000m row, 1000m ski, and 1000m row. Note: The first pair to the ergs can start the ergs.
5. After finishing the meters on the ergs, the team runs back to the starting point, climbing over the bale wall and returning to the mats.
6. Each complete round is worth 3450m: 30 burpees = 90m, 100m run = 90m, bale climb = 90m, (each erg = 1,000m) and so on.
7. Teams do 3 full rounds total.
8. When the team reaches the mats for the 4th time, all members must be on the mat before starting their final run to the ergs. No burpees are needed.
9. In the remaining time, the team must accumulate as many meters as possible across the 3 ergs.

(During the Dumbbell work one pair M/F must always be in a dead hang)
