The Posibl Throwdown will have 4 scored workouts 💪🏻

The competition has been designed to test your overall strength & fitness and put your hard earned training to the test 💥

Check out the cateogories below:

RX CATEGORY:

Gymnastics movements: TTB, Pull ups, Chest to bar pull ups & muscle ups
Barbell: 40/60kg+

INTERMEDIATE CATEGORY:

No high skill gymnastics such as Ring/Bar Muscle ups, C2B Pull up and HSPU

1 member of the team should be able to hit TTB and unassited pull ups 

Barbell weight will just be set just under RX benchmark weight.

For exmaple:

Grace RX - 40/62.5kg

Grace intermediate - 35/52.5k

SCALED CATEGORY:
Gymnastic limitations in TTB & Pull ups
Expected movements: Knee Rasies, Jumping Pull ups

Barbell: 25/40kg

Synchro element is on the floor and standing at full extention on the box at the same time.

Wall ball target will be to a minimum line of 8ft.

[Ropes will not be provided]

Additional plates will be available for WOD 3.

1 Athlete lifting at a time. Both atheltes heaviest sucessful lift will be the teams score.

Power or Squat Snatch is allowed for WOD 3.

There is no timecap for WOD 2

Time (WOD 2) + combined heaviest successful lift (WOD 3)

 

WOD 2 - Intermediate

Score = Calories + Devil Press + Successful Jumping Pull ups

 

Intermediate - WOD 4

 

6 Rounds

 

In a 2 minute window:

12/15 Echo Bike Calories

6 SA Dumbbell Devil Press @ 12.5/15

Pull ups

 

Format:

This workout is performed round for round (3 Rounds each)
