Pallas Proving Grounds
About This Competition
Hello everyone! We are excited to host the inaugural Pallas Proving Grounds Competition in Ithaca, New York at Pallas Fitness. It is a local, individual, and in person competition with two divisions: Rx and Scaled. Each division will have a cap at 16 Men and 16 Women for a total of 64 athletes. With these divisions, our goal is to bring together as many individuals as possible to compete in a fun all day event as one big community!
Registration is $100. All athletes will get a chance to perform three workouts with the top 5 athletes from each division getting a chance to perform in one final workout to see who will be our top 3 individual winners for each division. Cash prize packages will be awarded to our first place finishers! Second and third place will receive a prize package! Anyone who registers will recieve a LMNT sample pack!
Workouts will be released before the competition date.

Location: Pallas Fitness 241 Cherry Street, Ithaca NY
Parking: Parking lot and Street
Athelete Check In: 7:00am - 8:00am

RX Men
RX Women
Scaled Men
Scaled Women
Rx Division is for individuals who perform workouts 'RX' in the majority of workouts in class and in The Open.
Scaled is for those individuals who don't quite feel confident in competing RX because of a few holes in their game, whether that is gymnastics, weightlifting, or overall fitness level.
Prizes:
First place from each division receive a cash prize package.
Second and third place from each division receive a prize package.
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
