Female/Male Teams - $195/team, includes a t-shirt or tank (if registered before 5/25)
3 Divisions: Rx, Intermediate & Scaled
Standards for each division:
Scaled: Single unders, Ring Rows, Knee raises, 75/55# snatch, box step overs
Intermediate: Double unders, Pull-ups, Toes to bar, 95/65# snatch, box jumps
Rx: Double unders, Muscle-ups, Toes to bar, 135/95# snatch, box jumps
Athlete Check-In 7:30am, Athlete Briefing 8am
Workouts will be released prior to competition
We will allow substitutes as needed, but will not allow changing of shirt sizes.
