Cash in- 2 minute ski sit- 1 person working at a time, time can be accumulated 

50 Air squats

50 down ups

40 Air squats

40 down ups

30 air squats 

30 down ups

20 air squats

Cash out- 2 min accumulate ski sit between your team again 1 person working at a time

Squats must be perform in sync

Down ups- reps split between team with 1 person working at a time

Only 1 person working at a time

Pyramid of 1 to 10 and back down to 1

Multiples of the following movements

180 degree Burpee- Multiples of 1

Push Ups- Multiples of 2

Mountain Climbers- Multiples of 3 

1 person must complete the movement set before tagging in partner

200 Reverse lunges

160 Sit throughs

120 Sit ups

40 Handstand push ups/ 80 push ups to ankle tap

20 wall climbs/ 60 inch worm walk outs
