About This Competition

The Endurance Series is a functional fitness hybrid competition open to all abilities, running across four heats throughout the day (10am–4pm). Whether you're a seasoned competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, this is your event.

Teams of 4 compete in Male, Female, and Mixed categories, with each heat lasting 90 minutes. Simply book your heat time and show up ready to work.

Expect a true hybrid format — think dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, and ergs. There's no barbell and no gymnastics, keeping the focus on effort, grit, and teamwork across a well-rounded functional fitness challenge.

The Workout

WOD 1: Team Metcon [0:00-20:00]

For Max Cals/Reps

a) AMRAP 12
Max Calorie Assault Bike
Max Calorie Ski

b) AMRAP 8
Sync Dual Dumbbell Clean and Jerks

For Total Reps: Score = Cals + Reps
•⁠ ⁠Two ergs, split between the 4 as needed
•⁠ ⁠2 Teammates sync on clean and jerks for section B; rotate as needed

Dumbbells: 2 x 22.5/15kg

WOD 2A: Hyrox [25:00-55:00]

100 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
800m Sync run
100 Dumbbell Box Step Ups
400m Sync Run
