About This Competition

Flex On The Beach is back for a 5th year of amazing competition in Long Beach, NY.

Coed Teams of 4 in Rx and Scaled and Burn Divisions.

Each event use our famous peer judging and rotating WOD stations to keep athletes active and involved throughout the day.

The BURN division is an all inclusive division where all levels of athlete are welcome, especially fitness enthusiasts who love high intensity training. You will compete alongside the other divisions and share the same competition floor. The BURN division gives FLEXers a great taste of what a FLEX competition is all about while giving you the opportunity to maximize your abilities. BURN division contestants only compete against each other. The BURN division will use their body weight, kettle bells, plates, sandbags, running, and jumping- there are no technical movement requirements. BURN teams can be coed or same sex, and the top two teams will be recognized and celebrated after all workouts are completed.

Our mission is to provide Flex athletes with the best competition experience available anywhere on Earth. Grab 3 friends and form a team today. Let’s do this!
