2019 Fitness Face-off
About This Competition
The ultimate online team fitness competition. The 2019 Fitness Face-off is a 3-man team fitness relay race series. Team up with two other athletes from your fitness facility and compete against teams from other fitness facilities worldwide.
Cash prizes for the Men's and Women's team champions. Performance shirts will be awarded to all division champions.
There will be a total of four races, each for time. All races will be a relay format (Teammate 1 goes, Teammate 2 goes, Teammate 3 goes. In most cases, for multiple rounds). Races will be released one per week for four weeks, May 6 - June 2.
Race Schedule
Race #1: Releases on Monday, May 6 at 12:00pm EDT. Results are due by Sunday, May 12 at 9:00pm EDT.
Race #2: Releases on Monday, May 13 at 12:00pm EDT. Results are due by Sunday, May 19 at 9:00pm EDT.
Race #3: Releases on Monday, May 20 at 12:00pm EDT. Results are due by Sunday, May 26 at 9:00pm EDT.
Race #4: Releases on Monday, May 27 at 12:00pm EDT. Results are due by Sunday, June 2 at 9:00pm EDT.

- Lightweight Men (Bodyweight < 165 lbs)
- Lightweight Women (Bodyweight < 135 lbs)
- Masters Men 40-49
- Masters Women 40-49
- Masters Men 50-59
- Masters Women 50-59
- Masters Men 60+
- Masters Women 60+
- Scaled Men
- Scaled Women
- Starter Men
- Starter Women
* For Masters Divisions, age as of May 6, 2019*
Scoring
Teams must complete all 4 races to be eligible to win the online race series. The series will be scored using a Point per Place method. Your place equals your points. 1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, 3rd place = 3 points, etc. Your total score for the series will be the point total from all four races combined. Lowest score wins.
Awards & Prize Money
- Men's Division Champion: $500
- Women's Division Champion: $500
- Team champions from all divisions will be awarded 2019 Fitness Face-off Champion performance shirts
No teammate substitutions are allowed for any reason.
There are no registration refunds.
