This format will test the athlete’s power, strength, power, and ability to carry and pull.

This workout begins with the athlete standing behind the start line. At the call of "3, 2, 1 ... go," the athlete will start by moving one object at a time to the “Drop off point” (set 12 meters away)
After all objects have been dropped off, the athlete will then PULL the sled to the drop-off point and pick up one object, load it on the sled, and PULL it back to the starting point to drop the object. then the athlete will turn around and PULL the sled back for the remaining objects. The athlete will repeat the process until they all objects are loaded on the sled and the sled has been pulled back across the start line.
