About This Competition
ALL WORKOUTS MUST BE FILMED, IF YOU ARE IN THE TOP 10 WITH NO CLEAR VIDEO FOLLOWING CROSSFIT STANDARDS YOUR SCORE WILL BE PENALISED
An online compeition for all abilities to compete within their age group.
Ages starting at 35 to 65+ with;
Scaled, Intermediate and Rx divisions.
There is an option for everyone.
Workout movements are pre released with the scores starting to be logged on the 5th of June, with standards and flow released on this date.
Programming is a joint effort with the team from North Brother Fitness .
DATES ARE:
OPENS (online, FILMED)- 5th June to 17th June 2025
GAMES (in person)- 26th July 2025
