About This Competition
9TH ANNUAL FROSTFIT TEAM CHALLENGE
WHAT: Team of two partner competition to challenge athletes of all ability levels
WHEN: Saturday, April 17th, 2021
WHERE: CrossFit SoCo. Colorado Springs, CO

Divisions: M/M, F/F, M/F

Parking:
Please allow yourself and anyone coming with you to have plenty of time to find parking. There is parking available alongside all residential streets and several free parking lots throughout Old Colorado City. Please be courteous and respectful to all neighborhood tenants. The ‘Junior Achievement Lots’ will be reserved for the athlete camp area.
Athlete Check-In:
Friday: 4PM - 6PM
Saturday: 6:45AM - 7:30AM
One member from a team may register for the group.
Floater registration will be available at these times and will be on a first come first served basis.
Athlete Brief:
7:45AM - 8:00AM.
We will be answering questions at this time. If you currently have any questions, please ask them by responding to this email.
If any movements/weights need to be modified or scaled please respond to this email with that information.

2021 FrostFit Movement Standards
Athlete Camps:
Due to capacity restrictions, there will not be an indoor camp area. There will be a designated lot for outside athlete camps. There will be an indoor warm-up area for those with a heat coming up. Please plan accordingly.
Spectators:
Spectators will be allowed on an extremely limited basis inside the building. We must ask that spectators watch your party and then move back outside.
Food:
There will be local food vendors in the Old Colorado City area near the gym but please plan accordingly.
Dogs:
With the extremely limited spectator spacing that is available, we have to ask that no pets come into the building for the event.
