About This Competition

Welcome to Autumn Games V!


We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets, and more!

This year we will hold teams of 2, same sex. There will be a Friday Night Lights event, then all day Saturday.

Also, Masters ages start at 39 years young.

Early Registration will start July 7th until August 9th for $160 + tax.

August 10th to September 9th it will be $175 + tax.

September 10th to September 18th (closing registration) will be $200 + tax.

Event 1 – Max Snatch and Clean & Jerk

Same for Rx, Masters and Intermediate Athletes

10 Minutes Total 

  • Partner 1 - Max Snatch (5 minutes)

  • Partner 2 – Max Clean & Jerk (5 minutes)

Description:

  • Each athlete will pick to either Clean & Jerk or Snatch for a max effort. Partner 1 will go first and has 5 minutes to establish a max Snatch. The bar CAN be loaded with Partner 1’s first attempt at ‘3, 2, 1, go’. The max lift has to be fully completed and Partner 1’s time is up at the 5 minute mark. At that time, Partner 2 has 5 minutes to establish a max Clean and Jerk and the max lift has to be fully completed at the 10 minute mark. Athletes can power clean or power snatch. Two clips have to be on the bar. Athletes on each team can help each other load the bar (no one else). Athletes will need to inform judge what weight is on bar before each lift. Athletes can attempt the lift as many times as possible within the timeframe. 

  • Scoring – points will be given to top Snatch lifts overall, top Clean & Jerk lifts overall and a combined weight for P1 & P2.
