From 0 to 10 minutes:
10 minutes for each teammate to find a 1 rep max on the following complex:
1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Hang Clean
Each team will have 2 barbells (45/35#) and unlimited attempts in the 10 minute timeframe. Only one athlete should lift at a time.
Both the clean and the hang clean can be any style (power or squat).
