A fun in-house competition. We will be catering to all levels and the goal here is participation. The competition will cater for every level from absolute novice to the fittest in the gym and workouts will be written accrodingly.

Workouts

Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
Double DB Squats 2 x 22.5/15kg
Both partners complete all reps. Both athletes work at the same time, once all 10 reps are complete of each movement athletes swap and complete 10 reps of the alternating movement. Swapping back they both move to the 9’s and so on.
INT. 52/35kg - 22.5/15kg
Beg. 43/30kg - 15/10kg (further scaling can be made on the day to ensure form and safety is upheld)

Starting at the 12 with a 6 minute window find a 1rm hang clean. Score will be combined weight.
*Male totals will be x .7 on the leaderboard to account for female pairs or male female pairs. For example if a male cleans 100kgs his score for the workout will be 70kg, if a female cleans 70kg this is then a tie.
1 RM Hang Clean in 6 mins
*Clean is any type from the hang above the knee however mad respect goes to the squat cleaners
**Clean must be deadlifted to the waist before descending to the hang
