14 Minute AMRAP (with a partner)
Partner 1: 1 Round of DT at 135/95
Partner 2: Row for Calories
Score will be total Reps and Cals added together
1 Round of DT = 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, 6 Push Jerks
Partners will switch stations after every round of DT
INTERMEDIATE
14 Minute AMRAP (with a partner)
Partner 1: 1 Round of DT at (95/65)
Partner 2: Row for Calories
Score will be total Reps and Cals added together
1 Round of DT = 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, 6 Push Jerks
