Balls to the wall
8min AMRAP
Max Distance Row* + Max Wall Balls
Male Wall Ball - 9kg
Female Wall Ball - 6kg
The Row must have RX - 1750m / Scaled - 1500m completed at the end of the 8min for the row to count
Both athletes will start in front of the rower.
At 3, 2, 1, Go.
One Athlete will start rowing and one athlete will start doing wall balls.
This is for a total number of reps of the Row and the Wall Balls combined.
At the completion of the workout the distance rowed will also be recorded as a Tie Break.
For Time:
10-8-6-4-2 Reps of:
Male - Snatch - RX (40/50/60/70/80) / Scaled (25/35/45/55/65)
Female - Clean and Jerk - RX (30/40/50/60/70) / Scaled (15/25/35/45/55)
Both athletes will start behind the pull up bar with both bars off the platform.
At 3, 2, 1, Go.
One Athlete will start doing his/her reps adding weight at each interval as prescribed.
One athlete will complete all their lifts before the other can lift.
This is for time of when both athletes are done with the lifts.
No part of the foot is allowed to come of the platform during any part of the lift.
For Time:
50 TTB / Scaled Toes Hip Height
600m Run
50 Synchro DB Snatches @ RX (22.5/15kg) / Scaled (15/10kg)
50 Box Jump Overs / Scaled Box Step Overs
Both athletes will start Behind the box.
At 3, 2, 1, Go.
Athletes will commence working through the reps sharing the workload on the TTB as they want.
The run will be conducted together carrying a log.
The DB Snatches are to be synchronised on the floor and the box jump overs can be shared.
This is for time.
3 Rounds for Time:
200m Run
20 Synchro American KB Swings
20 Synchro KB Goblet Squats
RX - 24/16kg
Scaled - 12/20kg
Both athletes will start at the end of their lane.
At 3, 2, 1, Go.
Both athletes will set off on the run. All consecutive reps are to be synchronised.
Synchro is at full extension for both movements.
