HUMBL is hosting The Open!
The 2025 Open is coming. For new members, everyday athletes and seasoned competitors, the Open is for anyone.
Three workouts. Three weeks.
Friday 28 February. Friday 7 March. Friday 14 March.

A new workout is released each week.
Our HUMBL community will complete the workout together each Friday.
It's all about community, support and a little bit of friendly competition.

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
