KOOTENAY CUP Summer Sweat Series
About This Competition
Althletes will be asked to complete 3 workouts over a 5 day period. There are RX, Scaled, Masters (45 years young and up) or Kids divisions open.
Workouts will be announced August 11 at 5pm and athletes will have from August 12 at 10 am until August 16th at 8pm to complete workouts and submit scores to competitioncorner.net.
Workouts must be judged in person by another registered competitor or a coach from a recognized functional fitness gym.
No refunds, no substitutions.
Swag bags will be sent out on Aug 9th to your gym or home address.
