Movement standards:

Rear lunge - Ensure your knee touches the floor on each rep. Hips and legs must reach full extension at the top of each rep

Air squat - Hips must drop below parallel on each rep. Hips and legs must reach full extension at the top of each rep.

180 Burpee - Chest, hips and thighs must be on the floor at the same time. You do NOT have to reach full extension.

50 Synchro squats

50 Rear lunges

100 Double unders (200 Single unders)

50 Synchro squats

Movement Standards:

Synchro air squat - Hips must drop below parallel on each rep. Hips and legs must reach full extension at the top of each rep. SYNCHRO is at the top of each rep.

Rear lunge - Ensure your knee touches the floor on each rep. Hips and legs must reach full extension at the top of each rep

Down ups - Chest, hips and thighs must be on the floor at the same time. Rep finishes when hips and legs are at full extension.

Workout 2:


As many burpees as possible in 7 minutes


A CrossFit classic, pick a pace that’s slightly uncomfortable and try to hold on!

Push up

 

9-6-3

Wall walks


21 (each round)

Burpees

4x 2min Windows

Within your 2 minute window you must perform:

19 Straight leg sit ups

13 Squat thrust

7 V-sits


Then in the remaining time:

AMRAP Tuck jumps


Your score is the total amount of tuck jumps you perform each round

You have 90sec rest between rounds

Individual Workout 5:

 


This workout has 3 stages:


Stage 1

0:00 - 9:00mins to complete:

4 Rounds:

25 Jump squats

20 Shoulder taps

15 Squat thrust burpees

 


Stage 2

9:00 - 13.30mins to complete

3 Rounds:

20 Walking lunges

15 Push ups

10 Burpees

 


Stage 3

13:30 - 18:00

2 Rounds:

15 Pistols

10 HSPU

5 Burpee tuck jumps


You must compete each stage within the time cap. When you have completed the stage you can move straight on to the next stage without having to wait for the time cap.

If you fail to complete the stage before the cap, your score will be the time you completed the previous stage, plus your total reps.


Tiebreak

In the event of duplicate scores, the time you completed your last FULL stage will aide as your tiebreak.
