About This Competition

This is an in-house Same Sex Teams of 2 Competition. Scaled & RX division. 

$100 per team of 2

Athletes must be current CFT Members. 

Division Standards (subject to change): 

Rx:

50/35 DB Snatch 

95/65 Shoulder to Overhead 

Double Unders 

Wall Walks (atleast one athlete must be able to perform)

Scaled: 

35/25 DB Snatch 

65/45 Shoulder to Overhead 

Scaled Wall Walks (CrossFit Open Standards) (atleast one athlete must be able to perform)

Single Unders

Workouts

EVENT 4:

“Lunge Washington”

12 Minute Time Cap

Buy in:  50’ Dumbbell Single arm overhead walking lunge. Partner 1 & 2 must perform 50’ feet each. 

Scaled: 50’  Dumbbell Single Arm above the hip walking lunge 


Dumbbell Front Squat  30 - 20 - 10  [50/35] Scaled: [35/25]

Double Unders 100 - 80 - 60 [Scaled: Singles]

(Shared reps)


Buy out:  50’‘  Dumbbell Single arm overhead walking lunge. Partner 1 & 2 must perform 50’ feet each. 

Scaled: 50’  Dumbbell Single Arm above the hip walking lunge 


Notes: 

Scaled Athletes must have full grip on dumbbell for walking lunge (no resting on shoulder) 

Athletes knees must touch the floor on lunges 

Athletes can hand off dumbbells in any way 

“Red, White, & Bike”

Part 1: 

4 Minute Running Clock:

Establish Max Clean & Jerk


*Score is combined weight of both athletes

1 min transition before Part 2 

 

Athletes share one bar during clean & jerk, athletes may have bar pre-loaded before clock starts 

Lifts that begin before clock ends (bar must be off floor) can be finished and will count 

Power or squat clean okay, split or push jerk okay 

4 Minute AMRAP:

Partner 1: Max calories on bike 

Partner 2: Overhead hold with Barbell [95/65]  scaled: [65/45]

*Score= amount of calories

 

If barbell is dropped anywhere below head on part 2,  athletes MUST switch 

Bike cals cannot be started until partner has barbell overhead 

EVENT 1:

“Stinkin’ Lincoln”

10 Minute Time Camp 

60          Calorie Row 

40          DB Snatch     

20          Box Jump Overs    

10          Wall Walks  

Scaled: 50 Cal Row 

             20 Box Step Overs

             10 Scaled Wall Walks  (open standards) 


Notes:

All reps shared as needed (it is okay to have one partner perform all reps for any movement) 

Must tag in tag out when switching movements EXCEPT for wall walks  (partner must wait by rower to get tagged) 

Both heads of the dumbbells must touch the floor on snatch, free arm must not rest on knee during snatch 

Both feet must touch top of the box before stepping down on box jump overs / step overs
