The Revolution Games is a partner CrossFit competition with the following divisions:
M/M/F or F/F/M
RX & Scaled
STANDARDS...
Rx - Be able to perform all CrossFit Open workouts including weights and gymnastic skills.
Scaled - Should be able to perform all Scaled CrossFit Open workouts.
Top 5 teams in Rx & Scaled divisions will move on to the three part final. 1st-5th place will be determined in the finals. Final Part A (5 teams), Final Part B (3 Teams), Final Part C (2 Teams)
ADDITIONAL NOTES...
-All participants must be 18 years or older.
-Event is non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed up until October 1st.
-Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
-There is ample parking on site in the business park and along Najoles Road.

Workouts
on 3-2-1 go...one male will find a one rep max Thruster starting from the ground
On 3-2-1 go...one female will find a one rep max Clean & Jerk. The Clean & Jerk can be performed any way; the clean must start from the floor, not the hang.
On 3-2-1 go...the remaining partner will complete the following workout for time with the same 8:00 time cap. If the athlete is time capped, the score is total reps.

On 3-2-1 go...partner 1 will begin the first triplet. If/when partner 1 finishes, partner 2 will begin the second triplet. If/when partner 2 finishes, partner 3 will begin the last triplet. Teams will determine the order in which they complete the event. If the workout isn't finished, the score will be total reps completed.
Each partner will complete one round of the following relay style.
10 Snatches, 135/95#
10/8 Bar Muscle Ups
*On 3-2-1 go, one athlete will begin the couplet. Once athlete one completes the snatches, athlete one moves to the bar muscle ups while athlete 2 moves to the snatches. As athlete one advances, the next athlete will take their spot, perform all the reps and advance once the athlete in front of them has completed their reps. The workout ends once all three athletes complete the couplet or once the time cap is reached. Top 3 teams will advance to part 2 of the final event. 4th and 5th place are determined by part 1.
Max 50' Shuttle Runs (25' down/back)
*Teams can determine how they want to break up the work. However, once an athlete begins a shuttle run, they must complete the entire 50'
*Each 50' run=1 rep
*The top 2 teams will advance to part 3. 3rd place is determined by part 2.

P3:
Max Devils Press, 50/35#
*Teams determine who does each piece
*The score for this event will be total reps between all three athletes.
*The winning team will be crowned the Revolution Games winner.
