Flex Off Competition
About This Competition
OVERVIEW:
We are excited you want to take part in our competition. This virtual, partner competition will challenge any and all individuals who want to test their fitness amongst other athletes. Need to scale? We will be offering a Scaled and Masters Divison.
The teams of two are made of: M/M, F/F, or CoEd.
We will have 3 divisions:
-RX
-RX Divison: Must be able to do Pullups, Squat Cleans, Double Unders, Overhead Movements (Squat Snatch, Jerk, Push Press)
-Scaled
-Scaled Division: Must be able to do Single Unders, Power Cleans, Power Snatches, Dumbbell Front Squat
-Masters (40 & over OR combined age of 75)
Masters Division: Must be able to do Pullups, Squat Cleans, Double Unders, Overhead Movements (Squat Snatch, Jerk, Push Press)
The team with the most points in each divison wins. We will have 4 WODS, some workouts consisting of multiple parts. The workouts will encompass these 4 categories:
-Endurance
-Strength
-Skill
-Speed
Workouts will be released every Wednesday. Videos will need to be submitted the following Wednesday by 8pm.
The first workout will drop September 1st. The competition runs through September 29th. Scores will be updated every Friday.

Workouts
This workout will test top speed between you and your partner.
Score will be you and your partners times added together. Must submit a video of each partner completing the event with a timer running and visible.
*Time starts once movement is initiated and stops after center of mass crosses through the final cone. Timer and athlete must be shown in video the entire time.
*Show distance measured off in video.
This is a high speed, sprint workout. Measure off 10 yards and take unlimited attempts to get your best time. Submit a video of you and your partners best times to be scored together.
*Show distance measured out in video. Timer starts when movement is initiated and finished when athletes center of mass crosses the last cone. Must show timer and athlete in the video the entire duration of event.
Perform 21 thrusters followed by 21 pull-ups, 15 thrusters followed by 15 pull-ups, and 9 thrusters followed by 9 pull-ups. As fast as humanly possible.
Karma is a three part threshold workout going to push you and your partner to the limit. Each part of the workout has a 10 minute CAP. Score will be total time completed for all three parts. If you or your partner are unable to complete the volume in 10 minutes, you will get a score of 10 and go directly to next part. If you complete a part before the 10 minute CAP, you will rest the remaining time until the next part.
For Time:
60 Clean & Jerks
RX-135/95 lb
Scaled- 115/75lb
Masters- 115/75
Find your heaviest lift in the following movements:
Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Back Squat
Barbell Deadlift
RX: Heavy 1 rep in each lift
Scaled: Heavy 3 reps in each lift
Masters: Heavy 5 reps in each lift
