About This Competition
NEW YEAR BANANZA
This event is aimed at same sex pairs of all abilities. The workouts will be challenging participants in a variety of disciplines, movements and time domains, with scaling options where applicable. Everyone is welcome! We’re all here to have a great day!
Same Sex Pairs. Scaled Options. Workouts will be released closer to the time.
Waivers: Each participating athlete is required to sign a CrossFit ISCA Waiver before competing. The waivers are part of your registration so please ensure both you and your team-mates have signed to enable you to compete on the day. If you are an ISCA member then you would have already signed this.
The Venue: The workouts themselves will take place inside. There is a small area available for athlete’s to warm up. There are toilets and changing facilities available.
Parking: There is parking available on the business estate and the surrounding area. However, we encourage car sharing where possible.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome. Dogs and children are welcome at your own risk and we ask they are always away from any area in which people could be warming up or competition. Due to the fairly limited parking, we kindly ask you car share where possible.
Workouts and Briefing: Workout descriptions and standards will be available on your Team Aretas from January, 2025
Athlete Roster: Please ensure your athlete roster is up to date with the correct athlete information.
