About This Competition

DeltaTrain Team Games is an in-house competition where you can register a team (two people per team) and compete to test your CrossFit skills!

Competition Date: November 20th, 2021

Teams:  Any two members may pair together (M/M, F/F, F/M).

Partner registration will open August 25th at 8am

Cost: $50/per team

Competition Details:
On Saturday November 20th be prepared for 3-4 workouts  your partner!  The full competition schedule will be announced closer to November once we have all our teams signed up. 


Scaled and Rx'd Divisions
 Rx'd requirements: Kipping and C2B Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Snatch 135/95, Clean & Jerk 175/115, Deadlift 225/155.
Bar muscle ups and ring muscle ups are not a pre-requisite but they will help you advance in some workouts!

Scaled Division: Snatch 75/55, Clean and Jerk 115/75, Hanging Knee Raises, Jumping Pull Ups.

Team Training Clinic:
To help you prepare for competition and so you can practice training with your partner for competition, we will be running a competition training clinic that you and your partner can sign up for.  This will include partner workouts, as well as learning how to work with your partner effectively.

November 6th: 12pm-1:30pm

-Each partner must start with an empty barbell
-Barbells must start on the ground.  
-You may squat clean or power clean the bar into your first rep
-Partners must work one at a time.  You can not lift at the same time as your partner
