About This Competition
The T4SF Rookie Throwdown is the perfect comp for beginners and scaled athletes. You will find the usual cardio movements, lighter barbell exercises and all things Functional Fitness, with no rig work involved. Teams are same sex pair, There will be four awesome workouts throughout the day to challenge and test your fitness abilities. 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded at the end of the day with prizes on offer.
