About This Competition
Our 2nd annual Old Town Throwdown Individual competition. RX and Scaled divisions with Open, Over 30, Over 40 and Over 50 divisions. Cash and gear for the top 3 in each group. $60 per athlete, 3 WODs guaranteed. Cash prizes for all divisions plus gear from our sponosrs and vendors.
