About This Competition

The HAZING is BACK!!

For the last 5 years this has been the perfect competition for those new into the sport of crossfit. If you typically consider yourself a scaled athlete but are looking for your next challenge now that the open is over, this will be a great opportunity to push yourself around similar skilled athletes. 

  • 80 Spots available- 40 Female/40 Male 
  • Amazing prizes for top 3 in each division 
  • 3 workout + 1 final 
  • Food and Beverages on site 
  • Lots of Parking and Tent space

**Step ups are allowed as long as both feet come in contact with box

6 Min Amrap:

8 Bar facing burpee

8 Thrusters 75/55

 

*Stepping over bar is allowed

Clean and Jerk Ladder + Max Cal Bike 

Performed in a congo line stye. Each lifter will have :30 to complete the lift. There will then be a :10 transition to the next bar. After cleaning the ladder or failing a lift the Athlete will then have :40 to get max cals on Assault bike. That number will be added to weight cleaned to generate score
