About This Competition

THIRD ANNUAL GOON CLASSIC

We're excited to announce that we will be hosting our third annual Goon Classic on December 7th! This will be a 2 person same sex partner comp with 4 divisions available (GOON / Prospect / Newbie / OGs ). GOON Male/Female winners will earn an automatic bid to compete in the 2020 Gnardog Throwdown.

20 BMU (Synchro)

20 CAL Bike / 20 Thrusters

20 Thrusters / 20 CAL Bike

60 Power Cleans @ 95#

 

HSPU may be divided up as needed. Only one partner can work at a time. BMU are to be done synchronized. CAL BIKE & THRUSTERS are to be done simultaneously. Athlete 1 will hit CALS while Athlete 2 hits THRUSTERS. Flip flop movements once reps are completed. POWER CLEANS may be divided up as needed.

**GOON babes will be required to do the first 10 BMU synchronized, then can break up the remaining 10 reps as desired.
