* 12 Min Time Cap
100 deadlifts
RX: Every 10 deadlifts AT 185# perform 20 dubs & 10 lateral burpees over the bar
SCALED: Every 10 deadlifts AT 125# perform 40 single unders & 10 lateral burpees over the bar
*** 1 athlete working at a time.
*** Athletes break up dubs/single unders and burpees however they want. No minimum work requirement.
*** Workout ends on the 100th deadlift. You DO NOT NEED to do burpees and dubs after the 100th deadlift.
***The minimum work requirement for women is 40 deadlifts.
***Athletes will have 1 bar to share.
