CFNI Winter Classic
About This Competition
This is a 1 day, 2 person, TEAM competition created for you to have fun and enjoy competing no matter your skill level.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes for top three teams in each division. The teams may be made up of all male or all female or mixed. This is the time to come and have a good time with your best friend, your spouse, or your child!
- Warm-up area provided
- Workouts will be released Dec 10th.
DIVISIONS:
- Foundations/Scaled
- Intermediate
- Rx/Elite
Early Bird Registration Novemeber 1st to 30th, 2022 - Cost $120/team
Late registration Dec 1st to 13th, 2022 - Cost $150/team
PARKING
- There are only a few store front parking spots.
- We are welcome to park in the All Pro Plumbing spots, with the exception of the spot on the very end which is 24hr reserved.
- Lots of Street Parking
What to Bring:
- Shoes. (Oly and your regular WOD shoes).
- A towel
- Shirts (2 or more). If you get sweaty, you will want an extra shirt to have before each work-out.
- Shorts & Pants.
- Socks.
- Wrist wraps.
- A change of clothing for after you are all done working out.
- A shaker bottle and/or water bottles.
- A cooler for food and drinks.
- First aid kit/Band aids/Athletic tape.
- Flip flops or slides so you can let your feet relax in between work-outs.

- Teams can make one transfer change up to 3 days prior to event.

Both Partners start on the start line.
Partner 1 (front hold) sprints sandbag to the Jerk Block. Partners will then perform 10 sandbag load to platform on and over the jerk block. Bag must start on the floor, go over the box (must touch the top of the box) and down to the floor on the other side for the rep to count.
Partners alternate retrieving/carrying the next 2 bags, repeating the process for the 2nd & 3rd bag.
In the time remaining athletes will alternate attempts, performing sandbag to shoulder (with heaviest bag in your division), showing control with bag resting on shoulder. Judge must signal successful lift before bag is dropped.
AMRAP in 7 minutes
10 Syncro DB Snatches 50/35
15 Syncro Burpees
Perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of 10 Syncro DB Snatches and 15 Syncro Burpees.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 7-minute clock stops.
