Shark Classic 2024
About This Competition
Come compete and have a blast in a family friendly environment! Great for seasoned competitors and first timers alike!
The competition will be held at Peak Strength and Fitness on Saturday, September 7th.
This will be a 3 person team competition. The 3 person team can be any combination of genders. There will be gender adjustments for each workout (weight, etc) to keep the playing field level.
There will be RX and Scaled Divisions.
Ticket price is per Team. Every Team member gets a T-Shirt along with the ticket.

* All teammates complete 20 Syncro burpees

*All partner complete 20 Alternating Dumbbell snatches
*1 partner pushes sled down and back
*All teammates complete 10 alternating dumbbell devil presses
*1 partner pushes sled down and back
* All partner complete 20 Alternating Dumbbell snatches
*1 partner pushes sled down and back
* All teammates complete 20 Syncro burpees
*1 partner pushes sled down and back
**Finish with 20 synchro sit-ups
***Each partner must push the sled at least 1x
***All movements will be done Synchronized. Standards will be demo'd at the competition
