Workouts

At 3, 2, 1, GO both athletes can proceed to add weight to their barbell.
Athletes can switch as many times as they choose and must tell their judge what the weight to be lifted is each time the bar is adjusted.
Athletes can add or take off weight as many times as they choose.
For the front squat reps to count, The bar must be re-racked after the second rep.
As long as the bar is unracked prior to time expiring, the athlete is allowed to finish their squat double attempt.
Upon Completion of the 8 minutes of Front Squats, the bar will be moved by the Athletes to the floor and loaded with appropriate weight for their given division during the 2 minute transition window.

Upon Completion of the 8 minutes of Front Squats, the bar will be moved by the Athletes to the floor and loaded with appropriate weight for their given division during the 2 minute transition window.
For the max rep clean portion, athletes will alternate in any manner on one barbell, accumulating as many reps as possible.
As long as the bar is off the ground as time expires for cleans, the athlete is allowed to finish their final attempt.
Each lane will have a set amount of weight, if you expect to exceed that weight, please let the head judge know upon lane arrival and we will accommodate appropriately.
This is a TWO score event: Total weight of Front Squats and Total Reps of Cleans
Once your heat is over, please strip your barbell and put weights back in order as you found them.

Both athletes will start directly under their toe to bar (TTB) pull-up bar.
At 3, 2, 1, GO! Athletes will begin chipping away at their buy-in portion: TTB and Echo bike calories. One athlete works at a time, splitting the reps and calories in any way desired.
The athlete not doing TTB can be seated on the echo bike prior to TTB being completed, but cannot begin until all reps are done.
In remaining time, athletes will move to sandbag and bear hug carry bag for max distance (25ft “reps”), again splitting work in any way, with one athlete working at a time.
Sandbag can finish each interval at either end of the 25ft carry area, but must be staged behind the tape line, not anywhere in the middle.
When switching the sandbag carries with your partner, this must be done at 25ft increments or more. For example, you cannot drop the bag at the 16ft line and have your partner take over, they must complete at least 25ft and cross the line before you take over.
This is a 1 score event:
Score: Total reps (25ft = 1 Rep) of Sandbag Carry
Tie Break: 3rd Round Reps total

At 3, 2, 1, GO! One athlete will begin the S2OH reps. Teams may break up reps (or not) in any manner.
Each Row portion must be split in half. This means 400m is 200/200m.

After 3 Rounds of the above, athletes move on to the next two rounds of:

20 Burpees over the Paralettes that can be broken up however between teams.

Then the 500m is 250/250m.

Then teams finish with 1 round of:

RX: Bar Muscle Ups, INTERMEDIATE: Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, SCALED: Pull-Ups that can be broken up however between teammates. Then finish with the 800m row which is 400/400m.

Row distances must be completed in full before switching partners. You cannot do 100/100/100/100m, for example.

Scoring = Total time to complete all 6 rounds.

At 3.2.1. GO! Athlete 1, will begin their FULL 9/6/3 and 3/2/1 combo. When they finish, athlete 2 begins. Ex: P1: 9 Hang PS, 3 WW + WFHSPU, 6 Hang PS, 2 WW + WFHSPU, 3 Hang PS, 1 WW + WFHSPU. Then P2 goes through the above.
Once Athlete 2 is finished, athlete 1 can begin their handstand walk or Overhead lunge, completing the entire distance before athlete 2 does the same.
