About This Competition
Salut à Tous !
Voici le grand retour des Immanis Contest.
Cette édition sera amenée differement, pas de phase de qualification, uniquement un accès direct sur inscription au weekend de competition.
La compétition aura lieu les 2 et 3 septembre 2023 à Immanis CrossFit, au Sud de Strasbourg.
La compétition sera en équipe de 2
- Homme/Homme
- Mixte
Le nombre de Workout sera annoncé ultérieurement mais vous pouvez déjà être sur que le volume sera conséquent.
Les standards seront les suivants :
- Snatch 50/35kg
- C&J 60/40kg
- Muscle-Up / Pull-Ups
- Toes To Bar
- et les basiques du CrossFit tel que les double under, wallwalk, les burpees etc etc etc
Le principal standard sera la bonne humeur, le respect et l'envie de se dépasser.
