Workouts

Movement Standards:

  • At 3,2,1 Go: Both teammates will grab handles of each ski erg and ski for 1 minute.
  • When 1 minute is up, teammates will let go of handles. If an athlete pulls handles after 1 minute is up, their meters will be disqualified.
  • Judge will wait for roll-over meters and record each teammates total meters.
  • Score = Total meters of both teammates
  • Teammates will rest for 1 minute and then immediately begin "Yep"

Movment Standards

  • Athletes will begin under the rig in their lane, at 3, 2, 1 first teammate will step in front of their wall ball and begin.
  • Reps may be split as desired, except sandbags over box must be alternated
  • Wall balls, when thrown, must cover the center of the target. When switching partners, wall ball must be on the ground before next teammate can pick up their ball.
  • Dumbbell bench - dumbbells with start fully extended and touching, one head of each dumbbell must touch the chest before returning to touching at the top
  • Bike - athletes are responsible for setting their bike
  • Handstand push-ups - athlete must start on the wall fully extended with hips fully open (butt is not resting on wall), head will go down and touch floor (or mat), athlete will return to fully extended. Butt may only touch wall when athlete is in the down position ready to kip. Strict handstand push-ups are acceptable
  • Dumbbell S2OH - any style may be used (strict, push press, push jerk)
  • Sandbag over box - teammates may start on same side or opposite sides
  • Workout is ended when time is up. Score is total reps.

WOD - Prestige Worldwide

Movement Standards:

  • Team members will begin under the rig, at 3-2-1 go team members will go to their bar to begin bar over burpees. Team members will progress through the workout doing synchro reps (where indicated) and splitting other work as needed. Team members do not need to tag each other to switch. Workout time will be recorded after last rep is performed.
  • Bar over Burpees can be lateral or bar-facing as long as both team members are synchro on the floor. Scaled may step over the bar. Intermediate and RX can skip/jump over as long as both feet are in the air at the same time.
  • Clean - will be split between team members as needed and can be Power or Squat
  • Shoulder to Overhead - will be split between team members as needed and can be of any type (strict, push press, push jerk, split jerk)
  • Toes to Bar - Scaled will perform synchro sit-ups

  • Athletes may choose their gymnastic movement but cannot switch between movements during their round.
  • Athletes doing burpee chest-to-bar may choose a bar that they cannot wrap their fingers around, and jump to that bar to complete the chest to bar.
  • Athletes cannot touch equipment until the teammate has completed the previous movement. Rope or dumbbell must return to the ground before teammate can begin next movement.

  • When time is up, score is total amount of reps completed.

Movement Standards:

  • At 3,2,1 Go Teammates approach their barbell, taking turns, each teammate will attempt to successfully thruster their bar in the 1 min time frame.
  • If a bar cannot be thrustered, the teammate will have the chance to complete max front squats at that weight, in the remaining time.
  • At the next minute, the teammates will advance to their next bar.
  • If an athlete completes all thrusters, they may then front squat the last bar for max reps in the remaining minute
  • Each athlete must make their thruster attempt before an athlete can attempt front squats.
  • In the event that both teammates must attempt max front squats, an additional judge will be provided and both teammates may front squat at the same time.
