About This Competition



CrossFit Shatter's REDEMPTION is part of our Slam Series! This CrossFit-style competition is coming at'cha Saturday, May 4, 2019! 
Same-sex Teams of three will battle it out in RX, Scaled and Masters (40+) divisions. 

3 WODs plus a Floater for all Divisions! Top 3 teams in RX and Scaled will hit a Final WOD. Podium prizes for all Divisions!

CrossFit Shatter is excited to be teaming up with Conquest Events and Sweat Works to up our competition game! We also look forward to partnering with InVEST Fitness to kick that Floater up a notch!

DETAILS! We'll update these as we go, so check back often! 

Parking will be at a premium! PLEASE CARPOOL and be on the look out for event staff directing traffic in the parking lot! 
Tents are encouraged in the parking lot! Please do not block spaces. Shatter will have a large tent outside, and we love Tent City for gathering outdoors! Bring your pop-up tent!
Athlete Check In will be from 7 am to 8 am! Sign the waiver, pick up your event shirt, and settle in! 
Morning briefing will happen at 8:30 am! BE THERE! 
Schedule starts at 9 am with the first heat of the first workout. The clock DOES NOT STOP! I Am Your Father- 9:00-10:36 am, The Death Star- 10:51-12:09, WOD 3- 12:24-3:01. Finals will be announced following the final heat of WOD 3; for top 3 teams in RX and Scaled. Finals and podium ceremony for all divisions will be wrapped by 4 pm. Full schedule, with heat and lane assignments, will be emailed to athletes.
Spectators are welcome all day! No fee at the door.

Waterfall Style! Partner 1 starts on the bike for cals, then steps up for the Power Snatches. When P1 touches the barbell, P2 can start on the bike. P3 can't start on the bike until P2 starts S2OH.

Women's Scaled/Women's Masters: 65#, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, ?

One bar per team with a set of weights for specific increases. 
Any clean will do.
With 6 minutes on the clock, each teammate must complete one clean at each weight before moving on in the ladder. If you can't stand it up, you're out! Make as many attempts as your teammates allow. No skipping weights. Teammates will work together to change plates for weight increases. 
If any teammates complete the ladder, with any remaining time, they can go AHAP!

CrossFit Shatter has partnered with InVEST Fitness to kick this one up a notch for RX Athletes! 

All teams will participate. RX Athletes will wear weight vests- Men 20#, Women 14#

On an Assault Air Runner, accumulate max distance in 6 minutes* with athletes switching as often as necessary.

*time subject to change depending on final number of teams registered
**This is not a BYOV. RX Athletes will need to wear the vests provided at the event, and will not be allowed to wear their own, personal, from home vest .
