About This Competition
The Ardent Holiday Brawl is an in-house competition between friends and peers that are a part of the Ardent Community.
Our goal is to encourage a fun and encouraging atmosphere while letting our athletes show off all of the hard work they put into the gym on a daily and weekly basis.

Teams will choose which of the three lifts (Shoulder to Overhead, Front Squat, Thruster) they will do for Lift 1, 2, and 3. If you feel like it is to your benefit to front squat the lightest weight then you can choose to front squat first (the 95/65 bar) and then choose between Thrusters and Shoulder to overhead for lifts 2 and 3 at the higher weights.
