Deadlifts* (225/155)

Handstand Push-Ups**

 

*While one partner does deadlifts, the other will hold a barbell (with the same weight) with arms, hips, and knees locked out.

** While one partner does handstand push-ups, the other will hold a handstand position against the wall.

IF THE NON-WORKING PARTNER DROPS THE BAR OR FALLS, THE WORKING PARTNER MUST STOP. ANY REPS COMPLETED BY THE WORKING PARTNER WILL NOT COUNT IF THE NON-WORKING PARTNER IS NOT IN THE REQUIRED LOCKED OUT POSITION.

Deadlifts* (155/105)
Dual Dumbell Push Press** (35/20)


*While one partner does deadlifts, the other will hold a barbell (with the same weight) with arms, hips, and knees locked out.

** While one partner does dual dumbell push press, the other will hold two dumbells overhead with elbows locked out.

IF THE NON-WORKING PARTNER DROPS THE BAR OR DUMBELLS, THE WORKING PARTNER MUST STOP. ANY REPS COMPLETED BY THE WORKING PARTNER WILL NOT COUNT IF THE NON-WORKING PARTNER IS NOT IN THE REQUIRED LOCKED OUT POSITION.

Complete the following complex as heavy as possible:
