About This Competition

Les Blue Monkey Battle changent de concept le temps d’un week end pour proposer une édition estivale complètement folle.

Formez votre trio de choc et venez vous confronter aux autres équipes sur 2 jours de compétition les 22 et 23 juin.

Au programme:

-Wod piscine (au centre aquatique de Maisons-Laffite) 
-Wod indoor et Outdoor à Blue Monkey 

60 places dispo :

-30 teams homme
-30 teams femme

Premiers arrivés, premiers inscrits !

Le but est de proposer à l’ensemble de la communauté , une compétition accessible tout en leur offrant le cadre d’une compétition officielle:

-Une organisation millimétrée 
-Un judging de qualité 
-Des Wod fun, variés et stratégiques.

Pré-requis :
Femme: 
Gym: HSPU, pull up, toes to bar 
Haltérophilie: snatch 30 kg, Clean and jerk 45 kg

Homme: 
Gym: tous les mouvements peuvent tomber (au moins un membre de l’équipe doit être capable de tous les faire)
Haltérophilie : snatch 40 kg, Clean and jerk 60 kg
