Join CrossFit Power Hour for HUFFIN' FOR THE STUFFIN' SHOWDOWN, a 3-person same-sex team competition, on November 19!
On November 19th, CrossFit PowerHour is kicking off the holiday season with a competition geared for beginners and intermediates. So, grab your 3 besties and get ready for the Huffin' for the Stuffin' Showdown! Just like Thanksgiving dinner everyone is invited!! Teams are 3 people same-sex, all down for a good time. Earn that extra piece of pie and sign your team up today!!!
We will have a DJ and Food Truck on site for the competitors and spectators to enjoy!

Workouts
For Time:
Chipper Style (partners switch every 5 reps)
90 Box Jump Overs
60 Deadlifts
30 BB Front Squats
Time Cap: 9 minutes
-then 1 min REST (9:00-10:00)
Score = Time to complete WOD
Box Variations:
-Intermediates: M-24” / F-20”
-Novice/Masters: M-20” / F-20”
Barbell Variations:
-Intermediates: M-105lb / F-85lb
-Novice: M-75lb / F-55lb
-Masters: M-85 / F-55
at 10:00 teams will work to find their heaviest ‘Clean & Jerk’
Time cap: 5 minutes
Score = Max weight lifted between all 3 teammates

*Each minute partners will rotate movements*
Score = total reps of snatches
Intermediate M/W = 50/35lb DB
Novice M/W = 30/15 DB
