The Pursuit Games
About This Competition
The Pursuit Games, held by Constant Pursuit CrossFit, is a CrossFit competition to test both your own ability and teamwork.
How will it work?
In teams of 3 (same sex) you will complete 4 workouts throughout the day to fight for your place in the final. Workouts will be released for each division 1 week in advance of the event.
Team entry is £90 - £30pp.
When will it take place?
Scaled teams (including finals) will compete on Saturday 11th May 2024 & RX teams (including the finals) will compete on Sunday 12th May 2024.
Where will it take place?
The Pursuit Games run from Constant Pursuit CrossFit box in Hastings; Burgess Road, Hastings, TN35 4NR. Establish in 2020, the box is ran by coaches with over 12 years of experience collectively @constant.pursuit.crossfit
What is the prize?
There will be a cash prize along with CP merchandise & other goodies for the top placing teams.

Workouts
For Time, each athlete will complete in a relay style:
15cal Ski
15 Deadlifts 60kg
15 DB Thrusters 15kg
15 Hang Cleans 35kg
All athletes must then run across the finish line together
10 Minute AMRAP
20 Handstand Push Ups
20 Synchro Box Jump Overs
40 Double Unders
Max C2 Meters to be accumulated throughout.

12 Minutes to establish the best lift...

Person 3 - Clean, Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats
