About This Competition
Welcome to the "Battle of Bristol" competition. This event involves teams of 4 (2 men & 2 women) working through 4 timed events. The workouts are intended to be inclusive of for all abilities whether you're a seasoned athlete or an aspiring fitness enthusiast.
The workouts could involve kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and various bodyweight movements. The competition is designed to challenge you whilst having fun with your team.

Workouts
8 minute AMRAP.
1 male & 1 female ski and bike cals.
1 male & 1 female max reps clean and jerk (one athlete lifting at a time)
athletes swap every 2 minutes.
male athletes lift the same weight.
female athletes lift the same weight.
there will be 2 scores max calories in 8 minutes and max kg's lifted in 8 minutes.
8 minute AMRAP.

BARBELL COMPLEX:
1 clean
1 front squat
1 shoulder to overhead
1 front squat
score is combined total of all 4 athletes completed complex.
6 minutes for females to work to heavy total.
6 minutes for males to work to heavy total.
8 minute AMRAP

3 synchro burpees over bar
3 dual barbell deadlifts
M & F pair 2
6 synchro burpees over bar
6 dual barbell deadlift
M & F pair 1
9 synchro burpees over bar

increase 3 reps every round swapping pairs each time.
