Back for year 2 on the Hackney Rivieria with a bigger after party down on the canal side - with the semi final Euros on the screen

This comp will be accessible for all with scaled movements where needed however still challenging, All workouts will be based on F45 movements.
Choose a team of 4 members or 3 members and 1 coach
4x workouts plus head to head final.
Workouts will be in waves with rest between each workout.
We will be joined by Jubel beer and Lumi ice baths for your post workout recovery and reward
Food, Drink, DJs, Vibes, after party.

Workouts
Each team has a 15kg bar & 20kg bar with 2×20kg, 2×15kg, 2×10kg, 2x 5kg plates
Male – 20kg bar
Female – 15kg bar
The team have 15mins to achieve max reps with weight given - Choose your weight for each athlete and movement before you start - Planning is key for this workout
Mins 0-5 - Deadlift
Mins 5-10 – Front squat
Mins – 10 – 15 FTOH
Only 1 Athlete working at one time for the judge to count reps
You may share plates as you wish and swap between athletes if needed.
All Athletes must take part in all 3 movements
Scored on reps x weight on all movements for all athletes . One combined score.

P1&P2 – working for max Cals (1 bike each athlete)
P3&P4 – working for max shuttle sprints into burpee each end (athletes must run together)
Pairs must swap every min for 10 mins,

DB weights 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg 20kg - Each person chooses a weight

Pairs must swap over at min 8 and 5 x team synchro down ups must be completed before you start the workout again.
